Bernerhof Swiss Quality Hotel Gstaad

The rooms are beautifully decorated in a homely fashion. The breakfast was very generous and of high quality. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, an absolute delight to stay at the hotel. The spa area is another delight to relax and enjoy nicely heated pool plus sauna and steam bath rooms. The location is ideal if you want to use train or stroll in town close to all happenings in the lovely town of Gstaad. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay and hope to visit it at another time again. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in Switzerland, it exceeded my expectations. The facilities, the restaurant, the spa are one of the biggest highlights. The buffet breakfast with bubbles is priceless, the cocktails at the bar amazing. The spa area with the pool is exceptional and the hotel is located in the main street next to the train station.

The staff were kind and fantastic, Bouchra, Marco, Ivan, Nick and Milton, and provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were also fantastic. The restaurant’s food was very delicious and we were so happy that the chef catered to our allergy requirements (without black pepper). The location is fantastic and the price was very good. The decor is beautiful.

Everything was fantastic. Location is amazing to visit Gstaad town. Right by the train station but still super quiet, with the window open even. Free parking right in front of the hotel with easy access by calling them. Breakfast was fantastic, so many options. Room clean, spacious, comfi. With big balcony. Staff super friendly. Pool and spa area were great too after a long day in the mountains! Absolutely would return and can recommend.

The location is great, very central for the small township of Gstaad. Not a lot to do around town though during the shoulder season especially with a lot of construction making it difficult to enjoy the town.
